Continuation of Land banking

I see so many young people today driving in big cars, using very expensive phones and other gadgets, spending hundreds of thousands in clubs and on fancy items.  Am not trying to say these things are not good to have. In fact they are beautiful and those are the things that makes life comfortable.  But my point is, when you have all these things, do you equally think of investing in something that will help you in financing that lifestyle you are living? Because if you don't invest in something that is going to help you maintain that lifestyle, someday you are going to go broke. And you will go back to the village empty and start attributing your failure to witchcraft.  Do you also think of investing in something that will help the generation that is coming behind you?
