Continuation of Land banking

I see so many young people today driving in big cars, using very expensive phones and other gadgets, spending hundreds of thousands in clubs and on fancy items. 

Am not trying to say these things are not good to have. In fact they are beautiful and those are the things that makes life comfortable. 

But my point is, when you have all these things, do you equally think of investing in something that will help you in financing that lifestyle you are living? Because if you don't invest in something that is going to help you maintain that lifestyle, someday you are going to go broke. And you will go back to the village empty and start attributing your failure to witchcraft. 

Do you also think of investing in something that will help the generation that is coming behind you? Because if you don't, you are going to leave a legacy of poverty in your lineage and even when you are no more, whenever your grandchildren look at your picture they will curse you.

If you want to leave a long lasting legacy of wealth, invest in Land. Land can never fail you. Land can never be stolen from you once you have the right documents of ownership. Land can never be destroyed by fire. Armed robbers can never steal your land and carry it away. 

See, there's something about land that amazes me. Do you know that even in the bible days, most of the conflicts between nations was because of land issues? Even in our history books today. The European scramble for Africa was because of land. 

And still because of land, Africa has not been fully liberated from its colonial masters and now China. 

This tells you how important Land is and why as young people, we must have possession of this precious gift. 

Please before you buy your next "Benz" or iPhone 12 pro, think of buying a parcel of land. Even if you don't have plans of developing the land, just buy it and keep. You never know what tomorrow holds.
